For three years now, we’ve been baking Dutch breads, pastries and savouries right here in the heart of Kochi , a little dream that took years to build, and is still growing every day.

At Zera Noya, fresh baking is our discipline and our joy. We bake daily, we work with the best ingredients we can source, and we stay true to Dutch recipes and tradition. No preservatives, no artificial flavours, no shortcuts , just real, natural ingredients and time-honoured techniques.

Today, our bakery has grown in both range and community. From classic Dutch pastries and daily breads, to fresh gelato, cakes and seasonal bakes, we’re honoured to bake for celebrations, cravings, really good coffees, and everything in between.
